What reviewers think

Most visits go smoothly, with clients praising staff like Makayla, Wolf, and Carlos for clear explanations and patient care during IV treatments. The space is often described as clean and welcoming. However, recent disruptions have surfaced: a complaint from a day ago reported the business not answering phones and being closed despite charging cards, and an earlier complaint noted that a 12-month membership benefit (oxygen treatment) was advertised but has never been set up at this Winter Park location. One client also reported noise issues in the open lounge area during a busy visit.

The core experience reviewers value is the attentiveness of staff and the straightforward nature of the service. However, the recent accessibility problem and the unmet membership promise suggest operational inconsistency. Clients investing in packages or memberships should confirm in advance that the specific services they're paying for are currently available.

Reviewers consistently report feeling valued as individuals rather than routine transactions. Staff including phlebotomist Ines, injector Nicole, and wellness coach Sarah are named for attentiveness and skill. The facility itself is described as clean and inviting, with patients praising how providers explain each step of treatments like Botox and Coolsculpting. One recent visitor flagged that a 3:30 pm consultation ran past 4 pm with no apology or acknowledgment of the overrun. The clinic's core draw is its team approach to whole-body wellness, combining bloodwork review with provider consultation, ongoing coaching, and aesthetic services under one roof. Patients mention hyperbaric chamber, red light therapy, and Coolsculpting alongside HRT as part of their care plan. The business states it serves Winter Park, FL, and recent reviews show consistent positive experiences, with the exception of one scheduling concern that has not appeared in other recent feedback.
