Request a consultation

Fill in the form and your details go to the directory operator. We read each request, then connect you with a Florida clinic, provider or practice that looks like a good fit for what you have described. You are not signing up for treatment by sending this, and you decide whether to go ahead with any clinic.

What to include

A few specifics make the reply far more useful:

  • Your city or area (Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville or somewhere smaller), and whether you want in-person visits or a telehealth option.
  • What is prompting you: symptoms you have noticed, recent lab work, or a current prescription you want to move or review.
  • Whether you are new to testosterone therapy or already on it.
  • Any timing needs, such as wanting an appointment soon or just comparing options.
  • Your preferred way to be contacted: phone, text or email.

What to expect

Requests are handled by a person, so replies are not instant. Most people hear back within a few business days, though busy periods can take longer. If you have recent bloodwork, mention it, but you do not need it to enquire. The clinic will explain its own testing and next steps when it contacts you.

FAQ

How long until I get a reply?
Usually within a few business days. It can take longer at busy times or if we need to ask you a follow-up question. Include a phone number or email you check regularly.
Does it cost anything to send an enquiry?
No. Sending the form does not commit you to anything. Any costs for a consultation, labs or treatment are set by the clinic, and you can ask about them before you book.
What details should I include?
Your location, whether you prefer in-person or telehealth, what you are hoping to address, whether you are new to therapy or already on it, and how soon you want to be seen. Lab results are helpful but not required.
