With 139 reviews and a 4.9 average rating, Bio Cell Wellness Group serves the Miami and Doral area across men's health, hormone therapy, anti-aging and sexual wellness. Review detail is limited, but the rating spread (98% five-star) reflects strong positive feedback.
Patients over six months consistently praise clear explanations, experienced injectors, and welcoming staff who take time with questions. Recent months show strain: three reviewers mention departing doctors, staff turnover, and billing problems after the practice changed ownership, though others still report good service on aesthetic treatments and labs. Luminex offers tirzeparide injections, sculptra, botox, and lab work with named staff including Kelly at front desk, Dr. Lazaro Rodriguez, and injector Jackie. One long-term patient notes they have been professional over a decade. Multiple reviewers mention insurance processing and telemedicine options available.
Both recent reviews warn against this practice. Reviewers report long waits (over an hour for appointments), difficulty reaching staff, delayed access to test results, and a doctor who seemed inattentive to concerning findings. One caller chose not to visit at all after reading the feedback.
